Parking Ticket Appeal Form

If the violation on your ticket is stated in the Parking Policy as a rule, your appeal will not be accepted.  The PARKING POLICY is available in the Student Development Office, Business Office, Career/Student Services Office and on the bulletin board outside the Student Development Office. 

Please fill out the following in as complete detail as possible.  Your appeal will be given to the Traffic Appeals Board.  A notification will be sent by campus email informing you of the decision of the Traffic Appeals Board. 

Please note that you have one week from the date of the ticket to appeal your ticket, after which time, the appeal may not be accepted.
